Autonomous LEGO Vehicle

Autonomous Lego Vehicle
This project was part of a master course called Conceptual Construction [TMKT69] at Linköping University. It involved developing and constructing a vehicle with the ability to follow an obstacle course autonomously.

The vechicle is mainly out of LEGO parts with LEGO DC motors powering the wheels. The vehicle uses an arduino uno board coupled with 2 line tracking sensors to follow the path of the obstacle course.

Challenges with this project was the low project budget of 50$ and the mechanical weakness of having the transmission being held in place byLEGO while trying to perform a loop.

Below is a short video demonstrating the work flow of the entire project.
